Triunity: On Using Trinary Trees for Unendorsed Web Data Mining

Abstract

The main purpose of the project is “to maintain details of all the letters of those which will inflow and outflow from the
mechanical department that are stored in the database and identified through our interface” and “to conduct the promotional
tests through intranet for the employees in mechanical department of south central railway”. The maintenance of all these
letter details is undergoing manually in the existing system. So it is becoming very difficult to find out the current status of
particular letter. To overcome this drawback, we are computerizing the letter tracking system to hold the details of the
letters according to department wise. The staff can enter the data about the subject of the letter date, letter no, between
dates, subject, whom it has allotted, period of the letter in Mechanical division. It is automatically gives regular alerts for
the letters which was present in remainders and this remainders containing only pending letters. So that by entering letter
serial number or date of the letter we can easily find out the present status of that particular letter.
