Abstract

This project helps the people to consume healthy fruits and vegetables and to detect the toxin content in the food material.
This is done with the help of glove consisting of a sensor. The detected sensor value is given as input to amplifier circuit.
The sensor output is given as input to the amplifier and the amplified output is given to analog to digital converter. Further
the converted digital value is given to the controller. The Arduino has its own inbuilt ADC circuit. If the excess amount of
toxic content is detected then the buzzer will be turned on. These data are sent to a mobile phone or other terminal devices
through IOT to display the value of chemical content in the food sample. This system helps us to determine the excess toxic
content in a lesser period of time.
