Emergence of IT has made a significant impact in every possible industry. IT revolution made conventional things look
unconventional and abstract things look very conventional, still practically increasing and expanding horizons of business
beyond limits and boundaries. Heath care industry is one of the moderately regulated industries that is low adaptability and
high demand of patient compliance due to, increasing public expenditure on health care, growing competition and
diminishing returns. Industry is also changing its traditional methods of doing business and is opting for flexible IT
business models, like Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and business analytics to understand customer (doctor,
patient)-market dynamics, design meaningful market strategies keeping in mind the Quality service delivery, improve
Doctors effectiveness, increase return on investment. This paper, “Amalgamation of it with healthcare industry: a business
proposal” discusses challenges of health care industry with respect to Corporate hospitals, details possible strategies and
role of IT in health care delivery via web portal software .On the basis of SPIRE analysis we critically analyzed the
business plan regarding the adaptability in various healthcare setups i.e. corporate hospitals, private clinics, government
setups, private retails, wholesales and suggest possible solution to various risks for convince to the corporate hospitals,
retail pharmacies & private hospitals. The findings are depicted into a business plan detailing project feasibility in the
backdrop of environmental nuances. Revenue generation is from providing above mentioned services and solutions in the
