Interpolating estrada index as a linear function in a triangular mesh

Estrada index is a connectivity index and is a type of molecular descriptor that is calculated on the basis of molecular graph
of chemical compound .It gives a measure of the degree of protein folding. Amino acids are the building blocks of protein.
So, it is worthwhile to investigate structural changes init. In this paper, we establish an explicit form Estrada index by
triangular interpolation by using known values of index of some amino acids.
