Toxicological effects of paracetamol and ampicillin in rats with embryos

Abstract

The purpose of this study was research effects Parcetamol and ampicillin on histological of liver, stomach embryos for 70
days with anatomical effects paracetamol on ovaries and uterus rats. The 30 rats were divided into three the same groups
(control and two treated groups), and animals were treated as follow: 1- Control group (n=10).2-Treatment group (n=10)
treated every day with paracetamol 1000mg/100ml intravenous for 50 days.3-Treatment group. (n=10) treated daily with
ampicillin 250mg/kg b.w/day/ intramuscular for 50 days. At 66 days animals sacrificed next ovaries, uterus of rat with
embryos weighted and taken organs (liver, stomach) for histopathological study. Results: present study showed that
treatment with paracetamol cause a significant reduce in body weight of embryos. Keywords: rats, Parcetamol, ampicillin,
