Abstract

Headache is the most prevalent reason for children and adolescents for visiting a doctor. The most common cause of
cephalalgia in childhood is a primary headache (mostly migraine and tension-type headache). There is often a high
prevalence of concomitant somatic disorders with chronic, recurrent, infectious, inflammatory and allergic diseases in
patients with primary headache. In the course of the study, 97 children with primary headache were studied on an
outpatient basis. The patients were divided into three groups: patients with migraine with and without aura, patients with
tension-type headache, and control group of healthy children of the same age. The article provides findings of the
comparative analysis of indicators of antigen-binding lymphocytes specifically sensitized to tissue antigens of brain, liver,
thyroid gland and vascular membrane in children with different forms of cephalalgia during attack-free intervals
