Abstract

Swallowing a sharp foreign body, either intentional or unintentional, is a rare phenomenon, which occurs most often in
children and adolescents. We reported a 16-year-old young patient with abdominal pain due to foreign body in appear
rectum that was reported by colonoscopy. Patient was operated and toothpick was removed from rectum.
