Abstract

Any film maker has fundamental right to make a film, and while doing so he is enjoying his right to freedom of speech and
expression and right to livelihood. Both these rights are fundamental rights, and are indispensible in the nature. The film
made by the film maker is cleared by the competent authority before it is displayed Therefore the individuals or group of
individuals shall refrain from moral policing and should not cause any prejudice for peaceful exhibition of that particular
film which is duly cleared by the censor board.
