A biotechnology study on complex of land cadastral works for the establishment of protective zones of objects for electrical energy production

Abstract

The paper analyzes the complex of land cadastral works for the establishment of protective zones of objects for electrical
energy production. The relevance of the work topic lies in the fact that the need to establish protective zones is due to the
specifics of the construction and operation of objects of the fuel and energy complex, which is connected with the presence
of a source of danger, accidents and emergency situations. The formation of protective zones is of key importance for
increasing the effectiveness of state technical regulation in the field of safety of fuel and energy facilities, as well as
mentioning the examples of the practice of legal relations in this area. The aim of the work is to consider the complex of
land cadastral works for the establishment of protective zones of objects for the production of electrical energy. Based on
the relevance of the topic and the purpose of the work, the main tasks are as follows: the analysis of theoretical provisions
and regulatory acts governing land relations in establishing protective zones in the context of the provisions of the Russian
Federation, and the content of the complex of land cadastral works for the establishment of protective zones of an object for
electrical energy production.
