The biotechnology survey of state registration of private ownership of land plots

The concept of state registration of rights to real estate is given in Article 2 of 122-FZ "On State Registration of Rights to
Real Estate and Transactions Therewith", adopted by the State Duma on June 17, 1997, in which state registration is
defined as a legal act of recognition and confirmation by the state of the emergence, restrictions (encumbrances), transfer
and termination of rights to real estate in accordance with the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (CC RF). State
registration is the only evidence of the existence of a registered right. The registered right to real estate can only be
challenged in court. The need for state registration of rights to real estate and transactions therewith as a mandatory
requirement for transactions made with real estate was first provided for in Art. 131 of the CC RF. The relevance of this
topic is the state registration of rights to real estate as the only evidence of the existence of a registered right. The state
registration of rights is based on the principles of legality, openness and publicity, dispositivity, credibility, etc. The objects
of the research were land plots provided for private ownership.
