Complex of biotechnology land surveying for the formation of protection zones of power grid facilities

Abstract

When conducting land surveying to determine the location of boundaries of protection zones, a land management file is
prepared, describing the location of boundaries of protection zones of power grid facilities, including a map (plan) of a land
management facility and a description of their location, followed by the coordination of the boundaries of protection zones
with a territorial body of Rostechnadzor with the purpose of entering the data about them in the State Real Estate Cadastre
in accordance with the established requirements for the format of documents and the legislation of the Russian Federation.
The topic of work is relevant, as under the current legislation, the establishment of protection zones of power grid facilities
requires a complex of land surveying for their formation. The purpose of the research: analysis of the study of a complex of
land surveying for the formation of protection zones of power grid facilities. Study objectives: 1) to analyze the regulatory
and legislative coverage of the work on the formation of protective zones of power lines; 2) to characterize the area and
object of work; 3) to disclose the content of the complex of land surveying for the formation of protective zones of power
lines; 4) to identify the main problems arising during the implementation of the complex of land surveying for the
formation of protective zones of power grid facilities, suggest possible ways to solve them.
