Synthesis of New Heterocyclic Compounds 7a,21a-dihydrobenzo [5',6'] Isoindolo [2',1':1,2] Quinazolino [6,7-g]Benzo [5,6] Isoindolo [2,1-a] Quinazoline-7,10,18,23-Tetraone and their Derivatives in different Circumstances

The compounds quinazoline derivatives, which are of interest as biologically active compounds. The purpose of this study
is to search for alternative methods of synthesis and to obtain new Bis-quinazoline derivatives, which are promising
models both theoretically and practically. The reaction of 3, 6-diaminonaphthalene-2, 7-dicarboxamide with 3-formyl-2-
naphthoic, acid in water and in acetic acid was studied respectively: It is shown that the reactions in water, yield
compound 3,3'-[4,7-dioxo-1, 2, 3, 4, 4a, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12a-decahydroquinazolino [6,7-g]quinazoline-2,9-diyl] bis (2naphthoic
acid) A1 .When water is used in the last compound A1, it yields compound 5b, 6, 7a, 11, 11a, 21a-hexahydrobenzo [5',6']
isoindolo [2',1':1,2] quinazolino [6,7-g] benzo[5,6] isoindolo[2,1-a]quinazoline-7,10,18,23-tetraone B2, But when using
acetic acid with the primary compounds, we got the output of 2,15-dibromo-5b,6,7a,11,11a,21a-hexahydrobenzo [5',6']
isoindolo [2',1':1,2] quinazolino [6,7-g] benzo [5,6] isoindolo [2,1-a] quinazoline-7,10,18,23-tetraone [B1], all in one step.
The reaction to both previous results was continued using hydrogen peroxide obtained in 7a, 21a-dihydrobenzo [5 ', 6']
isoindolo [2 ', 1': 1,2] quinazolino [6,7-g] benzo [5,6] isoindolo [2,1-a] quinazoline-7,10,18,23-tetraone [F1]. Through the
previous interactions, six new compounds were obtained in easy and inexpensive ways. Moreover, outputs were identified
by the diagnosis of outputs by spectrum FT-IR, 1HNMR, HSQC, HMBC, NOESY, COZY, CHN, MS, and TCL.
