In a market economy, securing and protecting property rights to real estate is of great importance. One of the tools for such
protection is the State Real Estate Cadastre, which, moreover, is designed to provide legally relevant information related to
immovable property turnover, as well as a taxation system. The relevance of the topic is due to the need to create a
complete information system about the items of immovable property and filling the State Real Estate Cadastre with
relevant and reliable information about accounting objects. As a result of the research, the main goal of the work was
achieved: the method has been developed for carrying out the set of land management and cadastral works in a population
center, which makes it possible to increase work efficiency and to fill the State Real Estate Cadastre with necessary and
reliable information by the set of works regarding an array of land plots (cadastral quarter). The results of the study can be
used by agencies implementing the regulatory framework in the field of land management and cadastre for improvement of
the regulatory framework, as well as by government agencies and municipalities to develop technical specifications for the
work. These studies can also be used by executors of complex cadastral works as a methodological guideline.
